Our waitress Angelique was very good. I have a nut allergy and she helped me through the allergen menu and double checked everything. The food was also amazing. We got the Cote de Boef and Ribs to share between the 2 of us and both were very good, steak cooked perfectly. A great experience! Thankyou!

Had the worst restaurant experience of my life here. The rudest waitress on the planet. She actually slammed the menu down on the table in front of us, then strutted away! Crazy. We had no choice but to eat here, because everything else around Merignac was closed and we had a flight to catch. The glasses were dirty and menus gross and sticky, we were fully expecting food poisoning after that. Awful, awful, awful. How can a national restaurant chain like that have no quality control or checks done? We contacted Buffalo Grill afterwards to give feedback and had no response. Never again.
