This cafe was recommended to me by a couple of baristas in town and it didn’t disappoint. There are a number of beans on offer and can be used for either espresso or hand drip. Based on the barista’ suggestion, I selected a light roasted variety for hand drip. From the moment the barista slowly fed the beans to the EK, I knew the cup was gonna be special. Every single process was meticulously carried out: rinsing and positioning the paper filter, the pour, and down to the little stand used to hold the card on the tray. Needless to say the cup was enjoyable and definitely worth a visit.

Yes, good things are deserved to be made simple and good. The experience of having a cup of flat white with cow milk was pleasant and delicious. Most striking is the fact that the barista does single dosing with different beans on the same grinder. That takes time and true dedication. I came in when they still preparing to open the store, but they great me warmly and let me order right away... The matcha 👍 unsweetened, taste bitter (i prefer like that) then blend it with milk, it just perfect 😊

This is not your usual type of coffee. But it surely is a great tasting experience. Every coffee is well explained and nicely presented. Also, the place itself is quite unique, with an old stone well.
