Pedro Ghirotti★★★★★If you want to have a beer in the afternoon, and experience a live theater of Montpellier, this is a great spot. The carrefour right in front of Café Paume is the real deal of characters. Me and my wife spent some afternoons there just soaking up the city. The crowd that frequent the place is also a good selection of all ages, classes, looks, etc. From old guys drinking alone, to young couples having a chat, to groups of french retirees enjoying some wine. We didn't try any of the food, but coffee and beers were good. Nice and welcoming service.
