Lots of attention to detail, good service food presented and cooked professionally with fresh and well sourced ingredients. You can have a cheese course instead of desert which is not easy to find. Fairly limited wine list but adequate for lunch. Coffee presented with a separate jug of cream without asking. All done on his own. Full marks!
