A true hidden gem in Nice. I’ve tried many Moroccan restaurants over the years, and I can say with complete confidence that this is on another level. Oussaine Jamoul runs everything himself, and you can feel that personal touch in every detail. From the warm welcome to the care in preparation, it’s rare to find this level of authenticity and dedication. The food is simply outstanding. The freshness, the depth of flavour, the balance of spices, everything is executed to perfection. Honestly, the quality here surpasses even what I’ve experienced in Marrakech or Casablanca, which says a lot. T

We specifically wanted to try some North African food while visiting Nice. The man who greeted and served us was friendly and happy to give recommendations. We ended up ordering the pastilla, couscous with vegetables, and couscous with a mix of meats (royale). He gladly changed the presentation of the food so it was more shareable. The pastilla was delicious! It was a flakey, crispy moist, and light pastry (phyllo?) filled with spices and chicken.
