What a wonderful dinner! The place is lovely and the service is friendly and professional: everything is upscale, but you feel pampered and comfortable. I had the carbonara ravioli: even if they had cream (as an Italian myself, this should be a no-go) and I asked to avoid the mandatory raw egg (my girlfriend is pregnant) they were absolutely amazing! Then I had an American Angus steak: the beef was delicious, super tender and fat-free, with 100% perfect cooking and the side fries were spot-on too. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. Despite the high prices, the food was bland and lacked seasoning. Service was disorganized – our reservation was forgotten, one place setting was missing from the start, and the starter was served before the aperitif/drinks. Overall, poor coordination and inattentive service made the evening underwhelming. Would not recommend.
