In the narrow and dark street in the center of Nimes there is this amazing restaurant. It was a good experience to taste food and wine (natural) made with love. I had three courses: eggplants, mussels and octopus. And everything it was cooked with passion. At the end I've talk a little with the young sommelier. She has a good skill and she is very nice!....

Always delicious. Third visit. Creative and flavorful tapas to share. Korean pajeon, aubergine chips, tuna "tacos" various fritters and croquetas, eggs with Spanish white anchovies and an innovative brandade on brioche are some of the things we tried. If you like out of the box cuisine this is it!
