We noticed that the pizza dough was pink for the pizzas served before and including ours. When we asked the server, she explained that the dough was prepared for Valentine’s Day the previous day. However, the pizza was not hot enough, and the dough texture was soft and slightly sticky rather than crispy as expected. It was surprising that dough prepared for a special occasion the previous day was still being served without informing customers in advance. While the pizzas were edible, the quality
