We visited Bissac from Australia. We only had 2 days in Paris and are so grateful we spent what short time we had here. The food, service, wine and space was fantastic. Such a great little gem. Super slow service (3h30. We got the pairing option and had to wait for 2 hours to be served some wine (had 2 dishes without any glass). Food was good, but overall the experience is not up to expectations or price.

Upd: herewith I complete my review Well, since it is not possible to reply to the restaurant's response to my review, herewith is my response: I was very pleased with your restaurant - delicious food and nice ambiance. But the fact is: your employee tried to cheat us on the bill. Previous review: The food here is very good, but be careful with the bill: in this restaurant you are cheated - more expensive drinks are added to the bill, and in all positions. As proof, I photographed both bills — a total of €12 more was added. They should be ashamed of themselves.
