Best meal I had in Paris for my 2026 trip. Service was incredible. Waiter hustled his butt off, always having a smile on his face. The food was incredibly good. Amazing onion soup, and beef bourguignon. The creme brûlée was the best I’ve ever had. Definitely will return on my next trip.

We had no reservations, it was raining and we were sans umbrella, they were very busy — and they still took us in. The manager moved an outdoor table for us and I watched him do the same for another larger family. The beef stew was divine, French onion soup was unforgettable, even my kids’ fried chicken was delicious. The hot chocolate was not too sweet. Service was quick and so helpful and kind.

We started with the French onion soup, which was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly comforting. The beef bourguignon was exceptional—tender, slow-cooked, and packed with classic French depth. For dessert, the special of the day was a chocolate mousse with strawberry compote, which was light, indulgent, and a perfect balance of richness and freshness. We paired the meal with a classic red wine, which complemented the beef bourguignon beautifully

That said, the overall service and hospitality really made up for it. A nice spot in the Marais with great staff—definitely worth visiting for the ambiance and service.
