Food delicious (although not very healthy haha). A bit expensive but worth it for the quality. Restrooms sometimes out of service and can stay so over a week at times, but they do fix them (I mostly noticed bc I come often, so it's gonna happen eventually. Some of the chairs give me back aches if I use them, even though they are comfortable, but that probably depends on the person. There is music (good or bad depending on whether you like that). The staff isn't particularly nice or not nice, but they do their job well, so nothing to complain about. You can ask for most drinks either hot or col
