We were “greeted” at the entrance by a staff member who, after we asked for a table for five in English, immediately launched into French. When I didn’t understand, he remarked, “You don’t know French? Why are you in France?”—which was quite off-putting. Thankfully, we decided not to let the grumpy gatekeeper ruin our experience. Once seated, we were looked after by a wonderful waiter and enjoyed a truly delicious meal. So, if you can get past the unwelcoming attitude at the door (hence the lower rating for atmosphere), the food and service inside are well worth it. Recommend the mussels!

Excellent food and service. The owner is quite experienced about wine and suggested wines fitting everyone's taste. Only advice would be to keep beef tartar simple, meat is fantastic, no need for all the condiments and extras.
