Fantastic experience. The staff are clearly dedicated to using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The dishes incorporated unique herbs and vegetables. The marriage of flavors was on point and my stomach left happy and full. The condiment that went with my braised leeks was just beautiful and the financier dessert with its nuttiness and sauce with herbal notes was memorable. When I left they were pickling their own vegetables. I appreciate a restaurant that cares so much about their food and where it comes from.
