Also, such a good initiative to give people with a disability a place to shine, because that's what both the serving and kitchen staff did. If you like good food, you need to eat here. An interesting restaurant with diversity and inclusitivity in mind. Kudos to the concept. Food quality and service were nevertheless uncompromised. Hearty food with sizable portions in a cheery and welcoming environment. A more bistro type presentation rather than fine dining. Food flavours are bold and in my opinion may come across as heavy and not well balanced. The beef we ordered was combined with fois gras and wrapped with bacon. A definite heavy mouthful if richness. The same too I felt with the rich chocolate souffle with chocolate ice cream. Otherwise, well worth a visit.

Best restaurant visted in Reims. Superb appetizer: white asparagus and crab spring rolls. Main: white fish and morkel risotto. Chocolate and strawberry soufflé with ice cream. Two god champagnes and coffee to finalize visit. Highly recommended.
