Andrew Gotti★★★★★Small American style bar in Rouen located just north of the river in the city centre. Menu is extensive and has all you would expect from an American style restaurant. Everything was fairly priced and the quality was great. Keep in mind that the shared dessert plate is huge!

The patron was friendly, efficient and spoke English if necessary. There was no vegetarian option on the menu, but when I asked he said he could make me a veggie burger. It was delicious! 34€ for two burgers and 50cl carafe of wine. Excellent value.
