So I went in and not single one customer inside, I take a seat on table for two persons, and one of the staff called me out and point the finger on a single seat on the window. In my opinion for a sushi restaurant which was empty totally rude and unacceptable. If they were full I understand. Anyway I dont recommend.

I wanted to try Japanese cuisine and have an aperitif: it opens at 6 pm. Unfortunately, it's only takeout; the restaurant doesn't serve until 7:30 pm. So, I ordered a fresh dish to go in this hot weather. 1. It's a real meal with smoked trout, pieces of mango and avocado, all sorts of vegetables cut very thinly lengthwise, and a special rice that I imagine is Japanese-style. 2. With the sauce on the side, plus a lime wedge for the smoked trout, and chopsticks, it's a real treat! 3. What a great discovery of Japanese cuisine! 2024/10 I'm Japanese, but I thought this sushi was delicious compared to other sushi restaurants overseas. (Usually, other overseas restaurants only offer unusual options like American rolls.) The nigiri sushi was generally similar to Japanese sushi (if you use salty soy sauce). The chef is Cambodian, but he's studied Japanese cuisine extensively. The anchovy rolls in particular were delicious and not found in Japan. This was the first time I'd heard of the Koedo Beer brand, but it seems to be made in Japan.
