The setting is nice, right in front of Capitole, very touristy place. The kitchen stays open until way after 11 pm, which is certainly a plus if you feel hungry that late at night. The offer of dishes and drinks is spot on, they have meat, fish, and seafood, and also they have many of my favourite cocktails, made with REAL FRUIT, not syrups. I loathe paying over 10 euro for a cocktail, only to find out it's made with syrups, instead of real fruit. We had drinks and dessert on your terrasse of Capitol Square. The view, The drinks and dessert are nice. However, the service from the waiter (long hair attached) is very ignorant. It took him long time to come to take the order (more than 15 minutes). After paying, we realised that the total amount he charged us is different from the prices indicated in the the menu of your restaurant. We informed him. He told us that "THE PRICES ON THE MENU OF THE RESTAURANT ARE SOMETIMES WRONG"？？？ We did not insist but accept. We do not understand why we would have to pay for different prices than what's

ICafé Le Florida showed up on my AI generated walking tour, and I wasn't planning to eat here, but I found myself walking in front of it at lunch time. I'm glad I chose to eat here, the food was good, the service great, the staff very friendly and accommodating my lack of French language. I had a comfort food plate: Sausage and lentils; wherever I travel around the world I like to eat comfort/folk food.
