I have always supported this coffee shop from the beginning. I also love their mission and purpose. But recently, the service has been less than stellar. A handful of times now, no exaggerating you walk in and no one greets or serves you for minutes. Yesterday I walked in w 5 people around the counter working on one salad. No one looked up to say hello. I said hello. I stood at the register for several minutes. Just there in plain sight and no one came. I was about to walk out. I’m rethinking about going elsewhere.
