Two employees were casually chatting and making fun of angry customers (who had been waiting for 25 minutes) and preparing their own after-closure meals while two orders remained (mine and the angry customer's). Only the manager was running everywhere to make the orders, he apologized for the delay (about 25-30 minutes for my order) and he's the reason why I put more than 1 star.
