That's a beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. The food was looking good but I was expecting more flavours. The basket filled with a local cheese (chaource) and wild mushrooms had a nice mushroom taste. The beef was tender and the glazing light. The chocolate dessert was although disappointing as it was not chocolaty enough. My colleague didn't particularly enjoy the rice with the fish. The restaurant was not busy...We were a group of 12 and the service was particularly slow...2h30 for 3 courses and tea.
