Our 2nd visit and even better if that was possible (last year was one of the best meals we’d had in France)🇫🇷. We chose the 5 and 6 course meals between us - the numbers don’t actually do real justice as we were given 4 extra tasters before the amuse bouche arrived, and later we received sweet meats with our coffee. Without going into long and laborious detail each and every course we took was exceptionally tasty (clearly made with the best ingredients), novel with regard to flavour combinations (all of which were perfect pairings and elegant partners) and exciting to people like us who are

We had the 6 course menu, and I enjoyed every course. I appreciate the risks of innovative kitchens. The only shortcoming was the brioche being too dry. I loved every glass of the accompanying wines. The service was a little shy talking English with us, but we had a brave waitress who explained every course in the most friendly way possible. We've been placed in the room all the way to the end of the restaurant which was fine, but quite warm. We couldn't really explain it. Not too bad, but I wonder if the room gets too hot when it's warmer outside.

We had one of the nicest meals we have had in some time. The food was both delicious and beautifully presented. My husband’s wheat allergy was catered for and was not an issue. The waiting staff were welcoming and absolutely first rate. We could not fault anything about the whole experience
