Food is carefully prepared with local products and provides great ideas, like this polenta with grilled white cabbage and homemade pesto and roasted hazelnuts! The œuf mayonnaise is also hyper well executed with a perfect cooking time and twisted mayo with wild garlic, one of the best I ever had !
