For non-French speakers, the service here is excellent. We went for NYE, and the food was great, the service was great and the overall experience was superb. We got a phone call before walking us through the menu which was brilliant. The whole set of courses took about 2.5 hours total which was perfect to dwell on each meal. The portions were perfect, not too big which was ideal. The coffee was great as well. Overall, really happy with my experience and I would recommend. We happened upon this place after visiting Versailles and it was pretty good. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The steak was tender and hot and the dessert was a perfect finish.

We ate there on mother’s day and were seated. Waiter came and took our order and we waited close to an hour and someone came to say it would be a few more minutes. 20 minutes later still no food. Found the waiter and shrugged my shoulders. Food arrived and it was barely warm. Should have left when we were waiting to be seated, we saw a waiter use his bare hands to fill bread into a bowl.

Food was delicious. Service was slow - ordered a cider with my meal but did not receive my drink. Reminded the waiter that I had not received the drink. He said he’d come back with it but he never returned. The restaurant was not busy at all. My daughter spoke French perfectly almost the entire time to the server, and when they came to give us the check, she made sure that we weren’t charged for the drink that never arrived.
