We were at an event and enjoyed a buffet. There was plenty, enough for everyone. The schnitzels were juicy, and the breading held the separate sauce (cream sauce with mushrooms, etc.) perfectly; it was fantastic. The mushrooms were fried to perfection. The cucumbers and tomatoes were crisp, juicy, and fresh. The bell peppers were also excellent. And those delicious little meatballs! Thank you so much for this culinary delight; we'd love to come back again.

Nice and cozy, located in the heart of Ahlen. The service is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. The pizza and salad are fantastic. Top-notch! Of course, it's also great to just have a drink and relax. Update: We returned to the lovely Stadtcafe Ahlen a week later for lunch. Still superb. We were served by a friendly and attentive young man. The mushroom cream schnitzel, the sauce with fresh mushrooms, the fries, and the salad were simply delicious. With the beautiful weather, all that was missing was a deck chair for after our meal. 😉
