Do not let the appearance of a normal bun deceive you. The meat of the Maple Bacon Smash Burger and the so so delicious savoury flavour packs a strong punch. You cannot leave the restaurant without the taste and flavour of the amazing patty and sauce infringed onto your memory. You simply must try this burger, you will have no regrets. I will add this restaurant to my list of must stop food places in Germany, especially Bamberg, even more if you love a good burger. I do however wished the buns were more brioche and had a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds to really sell the picture.

Found myself alone in Bamberg, wanting to try local beers, while some of the breweries were closed already. I can only recommend this place. Can't comment on food, as I didn't have any, but the local beer selection was top notch, craft beer selection was actually quite nice (for Bavaria) (had Belgian doubles, sour ales or IPAs) and Per and girls/ladies are very nice, helpful and accomodating staff.

Sorry guys. It was well done instead of medium. Sweet fries were overcooked, too much friesh I would say. And the biggest disappointment goes to the bun. It was too crunchy and it broke in my hands. Bun should be more malleable or elastic. For paid price you will get only 3 stars. Too get more stars you have to cut your prices at least at half or to improve your burgers.
