True craftsmanship One of the last independent bakers and pastry chefs in Bielefeld. The breads and rolls are excellent and very easy to digest. But the true craftsmanship here becomes apparent when you look at the cakes and tarts. These are simply outstanding and incredibly delicious. They also offer homemade pralines and chocolate pastries. And at Christmastime, they have homemade Santa Claus figures and gingerbread houses. Highly recommended.

We had breakfast at this somewhat dated café. The selection is adequate, though the cold cuts and cheese could be improved. The rolls are excellent. The atmosphere is geared towards a certain clientele; you won't find any young people here. The staff are friendly. All in all, it's okay.
