rhanzce festin★The gravy was burned. Though it doesn’t look like it but as soon as I opened the container, you know right away it’s burned and of course the taste of it was also burned. The chicken I’ve ordered too doesn’t taste right. They may have not changing their frying oil regularly. I’ve bought 3 extra gravies and it may only cost 3€. however, I’ve paid the right amount so I expect a rightful service and food quality. Now I am really doubting the cleanliness and quality of this fast food chain.
fhabulous x★★★★I visited this branch quite often as this is only KFC in Bonn. Every time I get my order in less than 10 minutes. Staffs are helpful and easy to communicate - I speak not good German. Only cons for me is cleanliness. Tables and floor always dirty - maybe not enough staffs work in restaurant.
