We stumbled upon this bakery because it was the only one open on a Sunday and conveniently located near our accommodation. What a delightful discovery it turned out to be! Their German Cinnamon Rolls, known as Franzbrötchen, were hands down the best we’ve ever tasted in Hamburg. They had a crispy base and were bursting with rich cinnamon flavor. We were so glad we decided to give them a try in the end!
