I used to go there every day for my lunch break because my office is right across the street. But sometimes just one rude employee is enough to make you never visit a place again. What a great little café. I popped in for breakfast. They had a broad selection of both savoury and sweet pastries and filled rolls, either to sit in or take away. This is a 'help yourself café' just select what you need, plus your morning coffee and pay on exit. So quick and simple. I must look out for more Back-Factory cafés on my travels around Germany.

Spectacular varieties and whatever I’ve tried were delicious, of high quality. The staff kept restocking fresh food regularly, and the prices are of low cost. Tried a belegtes Brötchen, Franzbrötchen, and a Schoko macchiato. There were ample seats and very pleasant atmosphere, all i could see was happy faces of families, couples. Recommend to try if you’re around that place 😋
