You really can’t taste the difference — that was my first impression after the visit. I ordered a chili burger, chili cheese fries, and a beer. The fries were the highlight of the evening: spectacular, flavorful, pleasantly spicy, and overall extremely well executed. Crispy, bold, and easily the strongest part of the meal. The burger, however, left much to be desired. Simply changing the sauce and cheese doesn’t magically create ten different burgers, and the overall composition lacked depth.
