Germany on a week day at 8:30. There’s 1 person working in a coffee shop. You are expected to wait ~10 minutes in order to grab a “quick coffee” because there are 2 (two) people in front of you

Had a double espresso. The place had still 5 people finishing their coffe inside. Time 18.42. I asked to for the toilet and they told me that is already closed. Completely unprofessional. Unacceptable.

Even though the shop assistants' English was not that good, every one of them was so nice. I observed that bremen don't seem to have many public toilets and Starbucks was simply my first choice as a foreigner without a second thought. The coffee is delicious, the set menu is very affordable, and honestly the first time I saw their coffee cups it just blew me away, it's more than the amount available in the UK

Very dirty. The guy that “cleans” the tables only touched an edge briefly without actually cleaning them. The pictures were taken after he left, being finished with the “cleaning” of these two tables. The floor was equally disgusting. I don’t remember seeing a dirtier Starbucks in my life.
