I think it lacks that special chef's touch to awaken the palate of those who will try the dish. The portions are generous and well-presented. The service is a bit slow, and I've noticed this in all the restaurants and bars I've frequented in Germany. Locals say this is normal. Excellent Seafood in the heart of Cuxhaven. We dropped by on recommendation from the concierge from the Stadt Hotel and were not disappointed. The restaurant was busy but service was good and the food beautiful prepared. I can recommend the "Krabbensuppe", the Labskaus and the Red Seabass. All masterful seasoned, prepared and plated.
