My friend chose less scharf and I chose sehr scharf, but it was pretty spicy. Id recommend mittel for a balanced heat. Normally, around €10~13(I added dumplings, so mine was about €13) With bubble tea, the total came to €18.7. Very affordable and tasty! Best bang for your buck in Darmstadt! Great variety of ingredients and soup options at very great prices. I do wish they offered pork slices, but overall, everything was excellent. The bubble tea is also amazing—we love all the Thai milk tea series and suggest not to reduce the sweetness level.

One of my few experiences with malatang and I loved it! Lots of ingredients to choose from, broth is heartwarming as well. Got mango flavoured and matcha drinks as well, were delicious :) The place is on a smaller side, but cozy, I had a great time. Didn’t have to wait for the table for two when we arrived, but noticed definitely more people coming later in the evening. Review from 04.11.2025!
