Very rude customer service. I didn't realize right away they were calling my number since I do not speak German. Seemed like the end of the world and the chubby woman on the counter was yelling to me so that everyone in the restaurant was staring. Totally not professional and not how you treat customers.

One time I ordered a Oreo ice cream and asked for more cookie crumbles because there was not so much and they would not give it to me. Talk about not having it my way and not eating like a King!!!! Shame on you burger king !!! And most of the workers there are not so nice. 🙄 once I asked If they are open and the manager rudly said "if the doors are open so is burger king " a simple smile and yes would been ok.

Takes more then 25 min to get my order and it was not busy. All the burgers where cold. Restaurant was filthy and the staff grumpy and slow. Worst fast-food restaurant I've been!
