Firstly, I want to say that we were coming to Cuchi regularly a few years ago, and never had a bad experience. Today, however, everything was wrong. We came to Cuchi expecting the same service we used to get and were sadly disappointed. The server was unpleasant and uninterested. They forgot our order and mixed up our starters. Flagging a waiter took a few tries as the restaurant was busy. Ultimately, we waited 1.5hrs for our main meal (a bento) to arrive. I had high expectations for this place because of its location, elevated prices and supposedly luxurious theme! I paid 30€, getting basic sushi sets and rolls, it was not bad though, but there was nothing special that matches the price!
