This place is a hidden gem. The food was exquisite. The starters were delicious and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The staff are attentive but not in your face. It has a friendly welcoming atmosphere and the service is exemplary. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Excellent restaurant, staff and food ! Highly recommended! Apart from meat which is amazing, do not miss the delicious tartar as a starter, mojito and desserts! The vegi burger is good but very hard to eat properly. We tried zitronengrassorbet mit vodka and frischkase, so tasty.

My wife and I, who are Marriott gold elite were staying at the hotel. We came down from the room at 8pm and thought it would be easy to get a table. After going to the front of the restaurant and asking for a table for 2, we were told it was fully booked, even though there were 9 empty tables. We mentioned we were staying at the hotel, so the waiter brought over the head waiter who told us, we would have to wait at least 1 hour. They are aiming for something Goucho, Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Hawksmoor. That sets a target for a review. The atmosphere is right. Dark lighting, sharp knives, snooty waiters, air drying meat on view. Unfortunately they then fall short, despite the fairly high ( though not outrageous) prices.
