Steak was delicious. I also ordered prawns. Prawns are not that good, but the bread was perfect with prawns. Also, burger looks huge and delicious. But I couldn't try that unfortunately.

Every year when I am in Duisburg - and it's not on a Sunday or Monday when they are closed - I visit Faktorei to enjoy one of their burgers. Good quality food including the veggie burgers, friendly service and a fantastic location at the Inner Harbour (Innenhafen). One of the better restaurants at this harbour although with the other places you can't go wrong if Faktorei is fully booked. Probably better to make a reservation. One of things I like is that they work with - I believe - hotel and restaurant school students every Tuesday. The food they prepare is delicious and it's a wonderful exp

Great steak, best I’ve eaten in Duisburg so far. We will definitely come again. The only remark would be the decor, who came up with the idea to put the cows and then put a huge green backlight behind them. Misses the mark a bit.
