We took the weight based, custom bowl offer and we got 6 marinades to choose from your bowl, then you go pick what you want from the buffet spot. The service was super friendly and quick(except for one delay with a cola we ordered). Would be happy to recommend and revisit this restaurant! 🎉

The only thing that I missed was the salmon (as they have in Düsseldorf) but for that they had a nice small salad bar which definitely made up for it!
