The place has a modern and cozy atmosphere, and the cinnamon rolls look very tempting with many different flavors to choose from. It is a nice spot for a quick dessert break while exploring the city or shopping nearby. The presentation is also very aesthetic, so it is great for both tasting and taking photos.

Although the reviews share some bad experiences, I have to say that my experience was really good here at Cinnamood in Düsseldorf. I had the classic cinnamon roll - I like it not so baked, to be extra soft, and that's exactly how it was. Good taste, service, and a lovely instagrammable place.

When visiting the christmas market we passed by this place. This place caught my eye before on Googlemaps and I decided I would try if I coincidentally passed by. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We didn't know what to pick so she helped us choose when I asked her favorite. We ended up with the white chocolate macadamia and the blueberry roll. The texture of the roll itself was very fluffy. The name of the store made me think the base of all the rolls would be cinnamon like a proper cinnamon roll. But both rolls didn't have any cinnamon sugar on the inside which was a bit disappointing

I was really disappointed by the hygiene standards at Cinnamood. There were lots of bees swarming around the cinnamon, and when I brought it up, the staff simply said it was “normal.” I understand that bees might be attracted to sweet smells, but allowing them to fly all over the products in a bakery is unacceptable and unhygienic. At the very least, they should use lids or covers to protect the ingredients. I hope they take this seriously and improve their food safety practices
