The food is delicious, it was my first time trying Laotian food. I had the cucumber salad (very chili) and number 82 on the menu (chicken with peanut butter sauce). Both were very delicious! The cucumber salad portion is big so easy to share with 2 people. From the name of the place you can understand that you will literally eat in the kitchen, which was a surprise for me and very unusual. A very special and nice place to eat. The food was very tasty, I especially liked the kimchi salad. I also had a ramen bowl with beef, it was good but I was expecting more choices from the Asian cuisine. The service was very fast and the owner speaks English even though they don't have an English menu. The owner was very friendly. I actually entered about 5-10 minutes before the official opening hours and was able to sit and order. Note that the place is small and everyone who comes eats at the same big table. I enjoyed it.

The chef and waiter were both extremely friendly and hospitable. The waiter recommended the Larb, which I ordered. What a flavour bomb! We had a wonderful time at Kim's kitchen, a Laotian restaurant that offers fresh food, good service, and greeted by the friendly owner and staff. The atmosphere was personal and cozy, and the food was tasty. We especially enjoyed the Larb chicken, the red curry, and the mango lassi.
