I found the atmosphere at Bao Bao to be acceptable, with a decent setting. The service was also adequate. However, the food was a disappointment 😟. I tried the vegan chicken skewer and it lacked flavor, leaving me unimpressed. I spent around €20-30 on my meal 💰. There are better options available elsewhere 🤷‍♀️.

A nice place with vegan Viet food. Popular and special dishes are served with plant based substitutes. A table booking is recommended in my view because it's rather a small place.

I went there based on suggestions on Google Maps and well let me tell you that this has to be the BEST vegan place in this whole country ! The starters blew my mind ! The shrimp was SO YUMMY and my curry was perfect ! Mojito was not so great but overall very good service ! Also rice could be improved I believe (I've been in Taiwan and they truly make the best rice on earth! Can't wait to come back and try everything on the menue !!

Pretty average vegetarian Asian. We only ordered four dishes and they were nothing special. The spring rolls were way too big (unappetizing) and the two different maincourses had identical ingredients even though the menu stated something different. The beer and wine selection is okay, if you like Lammsbräu. The place is very popular for some reason so reservations are recommended. We won’t be coming back - there are many Asian restaurants in Hamburg with similar menus but far better quality.
