I come here often, as it is close to my apartment and also conveniently located at the train station. As I originally come from Seattle, getting coffee here feels like a taste of home. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and everything is delicious.

I asked for a mocha, he asked if I wanted it with cream, I said yes (because i ordered soy milk). I got what you see in the picture. At least 100/150ml less, no cream in sight, pretty cold. I was late for the train so of course I couldn't come back. I couldn't find a way to complain on their website either so I'm writing it here.. (And the banana bread is a too dry but that wasn't the main problem)

We ordered a dagon coconut refresher and a brown sugar oat shaken espresso. They were great and the pink one was very tasty. The only disadvantage of this coffee shop is that the drinks are a bit overpriced but this is something you already know before getting in.

Near the Bahnhof. It was empty at 11am which is a bad sign. Bought a small drip coffee. It was like warm. Returned to counter and the Barista already knew before I said it!!!! Had to wait for a new fresh brewed coffee, that still not very hot and tastes weak. Should have just not gone to this SB as it was quiet for a very good reason. Plus, the two employees were not very friendly or professional. This Starbucks is a bad one!!!
