This is certainly one of the more commendable cafes in Flensburg, undoubtedly deserving of a top spot for the quality of its coffee and cakes. I should make an effort to visit more frequently than I have in recent years. It is also a welcoming establishment for dogs. Mostly recommended cake: Athena.

Workers were friendly, but they seem to be in need of extra assistance. It seems the vibe here every time I come is that they are understaffed and not receiving any direction from someone who ought to be managing this place…? Wait times are often very long and the staff seems to be confused and stressed. As a fellow service worker, I can understand. But when nothing runs smoothly, it’s not a good look for the Cafe. Took 40 minutes to get someone to serve us even though after 15 minutes of waiting I asked if we needed to come down to order as we were sitting in the back room but the waitress said no she'd come to us. The place was not at all busy and we were celebrating a birthday so a bit disappointed. They also slowly cleaned up one table next to us before even taking our orders. Decent prices and a good assortment of cakes but not worth it if the waitstaff does not even think of you. They also only take cash in case you were wishing to go here without it/without Euros
