My wife and I walked across the border to visit. We knew they were likely cash only, local currency preferred, so we visited an ATM first. We only speak English, being Kiwis, but the staff spoke enough and were very friendly. They recommended local beer and put out some delicious bread and local dip, then we ordered the Pierogi and Golonka piwosza - both delicious! Very cheap and overall thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hours in Poland!

This restaurant offers a huge variety of different meals, which can be a red flag and this time unfortunately was the case. All of the food we got was drenched in oil, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It took a good 20 to 30 minutes before we got served the food. When I wanted to ask about payment options, I got completely ignored by the staff. Our serving waiter turned out to be nice but unfortunately couldn't make up for the extremely greasy food, we got served. Prices are low and so is the quality.

Food is alright. German is more useful than English here when communicating with waiters. Price is cheaper compared to Germany. That’s why we crossed the bridge to have a lunch here 😛
