I bought a blueberry muffin from here today and unfortunately noticed mold after eating half of it. I showed it to the manager, but he threw it away immediately and said it was “just blueberry,” even though both me and my girlfriend could clearly see the mold and the difference. Please check your products more carefully, because this is a serious health concern for customers.

Always visit Starbucks in the Rhine Centre when we visit family in Cologne. Coffee and choice of food excellent. Staff are very friendly and tolerant of my efforts to order in German.
