This café could be great, but unfortunately, the service spoils it all. The food is good, the place is lovely, the terrace is pleasant – no complaints there. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We waited over an hour for two ciabatta, which is simply too long. The staff were not very interested and didn’t seem particularly concerned in helping customers. The food itself was okay, but nothing that made up for the wait or the overall experience. The seating also wasn’t very comfortable, making the long wait even less enjoyable. To top it off, our ciabatta was dripping with sauce, yet we weren’t given any cutlery or napkins, which made it unnecessarily messy to eat.
