The room and location were excellent, but the customer service was very disappointing. When I asked the front desk for an iron, the response was unfriendly and dismissive, as if my request was an inconvenience. For a business hotel, this should have been a simple and routine request. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and questioning whether I was being treated differently because of my skin colour. I would not return to this hotel.

Dont go here during the Christmas time and if you do, make sure to ask for a room to the backside - not to the Christmas Market. This hotel should let guests know that the Christmas Market preparations start at 6AM and due to their bad windows it's like your at a construction site. I told this too the staff and their only response was you shouldn't book over booking.com or you should book a more expensive room... Not one bit of empathy even though I only told them to put it on their website or give guests a heads-up. Rooms are nice decorated but the windows are from an old office building w

Unfortunately I had a bad experience in this hotel. The room windows are not isolated. You can feel the cold air leaking and the noise at night is unacceptable. On Thursday evening the bar of the hotel becomes a discotheque, and the noise coming to the rooms is very loud. Personnel in the hotel is friendly and helpful.

I spent two nights there on a business trip. Very good location right in the center, beautiful rooms, clean everywhere, perfect staff. Beautiful bathroom. Minus may be perhaps the limited capacity of the hotel parking, fortunately there are plenty of other parking houses nearby. Very nice bar/lounge with a great selection of mixed drinks.
