Finally had a chance to try the new Humbser and it was great, we probably should have went earlier. On the other hand we got to try it during Asparagus Season like this, which was excellent. Jannis suggestion of the green and white grilled asparagus was some of, if not the best, asparagus I've eaten in a restaurant this year. Overall, the food was excellent and the service attentive and fun. The location itself is historic and beautiful, but the acoustics suffer a bit from it: with many guests it can be very loud.

A old bier factory that was renovated. Atmosphere was good, with music from the 90s. Service is fast and food very good. Prices are ok. Parking is possible on the street free but they don't offer parking. Toilets are clean. Were in the basement but it is a elevator too. Weekends you must make a reservation. Definitely will visit again.

First of all: most important is the great amount of Franconia beer! Also the very exceptional and decent presentation and variety of food. Interpretation is quite awesome. Tastes o classical foods interpreted in new ways. Most impressive is the vegetarian variety of mushrooms. Nice ambient, reflecting the history of the house and quite friendly service. We're very satisfied with the evening!
