I don’t know exactly why, but the burger felt a bit off to me. The beef patty was too thin and the burger was quite oily. The taste was okay, but overall it was not as satisfying as I expected.

We came and ordered one Single Chili Cheese Smash, one Single Menu, one Filet Stripes + Garlic Mayo. The Single Menu has Frites, one Burger, and one Coca. The lady at the check replaced wrongly the Frites by Filtet without telling us, and we still paid fully the menu of 10€+ 3€ for the Filet(the price for Filet separately is 4,5€ and for the Frites is 3,5€). She admitted she misunderstood but refused to give us the Frites and asked us to pay 3,5€ for it which was not very fair for us. The burger was good but the service was a whole new level. First and last time here.

I ordered a chili cheese smash to take away, but when I got home, I saw it was filled with lettuce and pickles, no jalapeños, and no cheese. It's a complete disaster. People are tired, they order, they want a good meal. Is this acceptable? You only have one job.. If you are getting a takeaway, be sure to check.
