Small, unobtrusive place opposite the Liebig-Museum, neither inside nor outside very cosy... but the food is excellent! Gorgeous Spanish cuisine, very tasty, a lot of garlic, interesting combinations. So the quality of the food makes up for the rather low key exterior. Waitress was really nice, helpful, efficient and polite. You can't pay with your usual debit card, but they do offer payment by PayPal or cash, of course. We'll definitely come back and try some more tasty Spanish dishes.
